HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR PWM/EPR REGISTRATION?

CPCB has developed an online portal as per the guideline of PWM (Amendment) Rules 2022 for PWM/EPR registration and annual returns filing. You can connect with us for your EPR registration on the CPCB portal. Submit your requirement here , and we will connect with you soon.

WHAT TO DO AFTER RECEIVING PWM REGISTRATION?

Collection and sustainable disposal of the equivalent quantity of plastic packaging waste as introduced by the PIBOs through their product (also called EPR liability/EPR target). The collection needs to be done according to the plastic category-wise:

  • EPR Credit for Category 1

    Rigid plastic packaging (plastic bottles, containers, pellets, jars, drums, etc.)

  • EPR Credit for Category 2

    Flexible plastic packaging (plastic sheets, pouches, films, covers, carry bags, industrial packaging bags, etc.)
